Over the past decade I’ve worked with growing North American organizations where marketing has evolved from a cost centre to a reliable and predictable profit engine. I’ve led multi channel acquisition strategies, owned significant paid media budgets, rebuilt measurement foundations, and partnered closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure growth is sustainable.
I care deeply about clarity. Before scaling spend, I want to trust the attribution. Before chasing growth, I want to understand contribution margin. Before launching initiatives, I want alignment on what success actually means. That mindset has shaped how I build teams, dashboards, and decision processes.
My leadership style is kind and direct. I value thoughtful debate, clear expectations, and giving talented people the space to own their work. I am less interested in marketing theatre and more interested in building systems that continue to perform long after the initial push.
I’m now looking for my next Director-level role where I can lead a team, own outcomes, and help a company grow in a way that is disciplined, measurable, and durable.
